What happens if there is a problem with my windows/doors with technical issues etc?

Thankfully this is extremely rare, however if you do get a problem we recommend as a first point of contact, you go back to your installer as that is who your contract is with, if they cannot assist they will contact the manufacturer and if it is not resolved the manufacturer will contact us, it allows the complete supply chain to rectify any issues.
