Please contact your window installer, or the company that you purchased your windows from, as this is who you have your warranty with. They will be able to assist with any installation or fabrication issues.
We do recommend that you:
1. Check your terms and conditions
2. Check your guarantee? for example FENSA/Certass or other insurance backed guarantee.
3. Keep details of any communication/visits you have with your installer.
Please note that The Residence Collection does not install or make windows and doors, we are the systems house and extrude the window profile.
